Profile Requirements:
- Min 2 years’ experience in a similar VISA/admin support specialist role.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in Mandarin
- Have a foundational understanding of the various Australian Visa Types.
- Have a foundational understanding of the Australian vocational and tertiary courses and programs
- Previous experience in administrative roles or handling paperwork is highly desirable.
- Display meticulous attention to detail.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- Committed to a full-time role.
- Available to work during our office hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 P SYD time, Monday to Friday, including up to 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- Own a reliable device with a stable internet connection and the ability to access Google Drive.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Be able to keep all the information confidential.
Core responsibilities:
- Adhere to documentation requirements set forth by the Department of Home Affairs, Skill Assessment Authoritative organizations, and our company’s internal policies.
- Receive emails from our clients. Systematically gather, organize, edit, and rectify any discrepancies in the information provided by our clients
- Diligently review all submitted documents, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Reply emails to our clients with the feedback.
- Fill in forms and submit applications for vocational and tertiary education courses and programs.
- Accurately input data into the lMMl System, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
- Progress tracking for visa documents preparation.
- Cooperate with Consulting Team and Marketing Team.
- Coordinate New staff training.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
