Profile Requirements:
- Experience in NDIS administration or disability services with a strong understanding of NDIS compliance and documentation requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to maintain audit-ready records at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft 365 with strong document management and file organisation skills
- Experience managing social media platforms and coordinating content scheduling in line with brand guidelines
- Reliable, discreet, and able to handle sensitive participant information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles
Core responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records ensuring proper filing, regular reviews, and audit accessibility
- Prepare and manage Schedules of Supports and align them with NDIS pricing and budgets
- Assist in the preparation of service agreements, progress reports, and supporting documentation
- Ensure all participant documentation remains audit-ready at all times, addressing discrepancies promptly
- Establish and maintain structured digital filing systems in Microsoft OneDrive for easy access and retrieval
- Enforce document control practices including adherence to naming conventions and version control
- Maintain TruCare QLD's social media presence ensuring content aligns with branding standards
- Coordinate and publish content across platforms according to an approved content calendar
- Ensure secure storage and up-to-date maintenance of all digital account credentials
