Profile Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Video Editor (agency, corporate, or freelance).
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, B2B, or professional services brands.
- Ability to simplify complex or technical topics into engaging visual content.
- Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Experience adding captions, motion graphics, and branding elements.
Core responsibilities:
- Edit short-form and long-form video content (social media, website, presentations).
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand standards.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and overlays to enhance clarity and engagement.
- Optimise content for different platforms (LinkedIn, website, email campaigns).
- Convert engineering concepts, reports, and insights into clear, digestible video content.
- Support “plain English” storytelling aligned with Aretas’ brand positioning.
- Create explainer videos, case studies, and educational content.
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all video outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, thought leadership, and lead generation.
- Repurpose long-form content into short clips for social media.
- Organise video files, templates, and content libraries.
- Manage version control and ensure timely delivery of assets.
