Position Summary

We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Electronics Australia as our National Channel Sales Manager in the Consumer Electronics - Audio Visual team.
As a strategic go-to-market leader, you will build the end-to-end retail strategy, planning and execution for Audio Visual and lead a small team of National Account Managers.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the retail sales strategy for Audio Visual

  • Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable plans and deliver measurable sales outcomes

  • Negotiate and manage commercial terms

  • Build and enhance the sales team to achieve profitable growth

  • Identify and implement process improvements for scalable, customer-centric solutions.

  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and optimize strategies to maximize market share

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for success

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in leading B2C/retail sales and go-to-market strategy

  • Experience leading and developing a small team of account managers

  • Proven ability to establish, build, lead and manage highly productive sales channels to deliver against objectives

  • Strong commercial acumen (including ability to negotiate terms and contracts)

  • Internal partnering skills to effectively work with enablers within the business such as Product, Marketing, SCM and retail teams

  • Consumer Electronics industry experience is a plus

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
