In the role of Change & Delivery Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving pivotal transformations across the Customer Growth & Experience team. Your leadership will direct the strategic integration of technology, processes, and people initiatives, shaping the way we deliver exceptional customer experiences and growth outcomes.

Our team partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to coordinate technology adaptation, process optimisation, and people initiatives. We value transparency, shared purpose, and a proactive approach to supporting one another while executing complex programs at scale.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
Designing and implementing change management strategies that seamlessly synchronise technology, processes, and culture.
Delivering hands-on project management across a diverse portfolio of process redesigns and system implementations.
Building robust communication channels with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to foster clarity and buy-in for challenging transitions.
Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks and issues across active projects to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
