Required Skills/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Game Design, Interactive Media, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
· 3+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
· Expert-level proficiency in Unreal Engine, including systems, tools, feature sets and plugin creation.
· Advanced expertise in C++, particularly in real-time data processing and optimization within Unreal Engine.
· Exposure to working on AWS or Google Cloud Platform
· Extensive experience with real-time rendering, data-driven design, and high-performance applications.
Responsibilities:

Performance Optimization: Own the performance optimization process across both visual quality and runtime efficiency, addressing bottlenecks to maintain high-quality outputs on diverse hardware.

Deployment: Manage deployment, setup and packaging of Unreal Engine projects, be able to diagnose and fix issues in deployed software, both on local hardware and in the cloud.
·
Documentation & Best Practices: Establish and maintain clear documentation, ensuring scalability and efficiency across production pipelines.
Nice-to-Have:
· Experience in Python, C#, Typescript
· Experience with ComputerVision and OpenCV
· Knowledge of Broadcast technologies
