Job Overview:

We’re currently rapidly expanding our product team, and that means we’re looking for motivated UX/UI designers eager for their next challenge.

As a UX/UI designer, you’ll be responsible for turning the ideas of our Product Managers into intuitive, pleasing user experiences.  You’ll be conducting research to understand user preferences, building wireframes and prototypes, and presenting those prototypes both to internal stakeholders and our users themselves to understand what’s good and what we need to improve.

You’ll be working with the whole product and engineering team to make sure ThriveCart is an app that people actively enjoy using and will keep coming back to.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • User research in collaboration with Product Managers to collect and assess requirements
  • Creating wireframes and prototypes
  • Presenting designs to users and management for feedback, and incorporating that feedback
  • Writing specification tickets based on those designs to allow developers to build them into the apps
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues

What You Bring To This Role:

  • A solid level of experience at UX, ideally but not necessarily in Martech.  UI experience is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Figma, Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to switch between projects smoothly - you’ll likely be working on a couple of different things at once
  • Excellent written communication skills and a strong attention to detail
  • A high level of empathy to understand what our users’ requirements and frustrations
