Position Details

To support further growth in the region, we’re seeking an experienced and agile HR Transformation Manager – Asia Pacific to lead regional transformation, alignment of global process, M&A integration, compensation delivery and a myriad of other HR related projects required of a fast-moving logistics business.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to take on a strategic HR leadership role with the opportunity to partner across global Centres of Excellence, regional HR teams and business leaders to execute on a broad portfolio of initiatives.

These include post-acquisition HR integration, transformation of systems and processes and leadership of compensation and recognition activities across the region.

This is a hands-on role for a senior HR leader who thrives on shaping strategy while also driving execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead regional HR transformation projects including system and process optimisation, operating model shifts and capability building

  • Drive M&A integration across the Asia Pacific region – from due diligence through to post-close people planning and change

  • Execute regional compensation and job grading frameworks, pay transparency and benefit initiatives

  • Oversee our Asia Pacific employee recognition program and equity administration in partnership with global teams

  • Align regional HR priorities across COEs and business partners

  • Prepare insights and materials for APAC leadership and the global HR executive team

What You Bring

  • Extensive senior HR experience across business partnering, transformation, or total rewards

  • Proven track record leading HR M&A integration and/or Shared Services or operating model transformation

  • Strong understanding of compensation and recognition frameworks

  • Experience working in matrixed and global environments

  • Strategic thinker with operational capability and stakeholder savvy

  • Exposure to Southeast Asian markets and Workday (desirable)
