The Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and commercially focused Ticketing Manager – Entertainment to lead ticketing operations across Crown Melbourne’s entertainment venues.

You’ll drive ticket sales performance, optimise ticket utilisation and ensure seamless delivery of ticketing across all productions and events.

You’re a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining analytical thinking with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver commercial outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end ticketing operations including event builds, on-sales, pricing and inventory management

  • Oversee   yield management to maximise utilisation and revenue

  • Partner with producers, promoters and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely ticketing budgeting, planning and outcomes

  • Analyse sales performance and provide insights to optimise pricing, promotions and ticket sales

  • Manage Ticketmaster platforms (TMOne, HOST), including seating maps, ticket holds and event configuration

  • Coordinate on-sale schedules and align with marketing campaigns and broader programming activity

  • Maintain accurate event schedules and ensure alignment across internal teams

  • Support customer experience through management of ticketing enquiries, exchanges and escalations

About You

You’re an experienced ticketing or events professional with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

You will also bring:

  • Experience in ticketing, venue or event management within theatre, entertainment or live events

  • Proficiency in ticketing systems (Ticketmaster or similar platforms)

  • Strong analytical and reporting capability with a focus on revenue optimisation

  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Understanding of marketing principles and their impact on ticket sales

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and peak event periods
