Role Objective:

We are on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-driven individual to join the team as Ticketing Coordinator. You’ll play a key part in supporting the overall ticketing operations for some of our most exciting live events. From managing inventory to tour coordination and preparing reports, you’ll help to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Administrative support: Assist with ticketing-related customer service inquiries, data entry, ticket fulfilment, and maintaining documentation.
  • Ticketing operations: Manage ticket sales reporting and prepare related documentation for the team.
  • Ticket request processes: Handle internal staff ticket requests and ensure proper fulfilment.
  • End-to-end ticket management: Manage ticketing for smaller tours, including booking on-sale plans, ticket builds, and overseeing event day/night operations.
  • Inventory management: Track and report on ticket inventory, including sales, availabilities, holds, VIP tickets, and more.
  • Venue coordination: Manage guest lists, box office issues, seating inspections, and attendance reports at venues as required.
  • External relationship management: Maintain relationships with ticket agents, venues, artist agents, and partners to influence commercial outcomes.

 

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience: Previous experience in ticketing operations, event coordination, or similar administrative roles.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple ticketing processes, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations.
  • Organisation skills: Strong ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with ticketing systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot ticketing issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to support the Ticketing team and other departments.
  • Passion for live entertainment: A keen interest in the live events industry and a drive to help create seamless event experiences.
