The Quality Engineering Specialist will guide the definition and implementation of end-to-end test and test automation strategies, with insurance background (mandatory), creating automation scripts and providing tool recommendation and implementation guidance.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

(Mandatory)

• Remain current with superannuation domain and hands on with testing superannuation products.

• Has experience in building test automation framework with Playwright or UI-Path.

• Define automation approach, best practices, setup tools across technologies and platforms

• Work with business stakeholders and project managers to ascertain the opportunities for implementing automation for application systems; conduct automation feasibility assessments

• Current test automation-related experience, with demonstrated success in multiple contexts and tooling

• Demonstrated experience with UI , API, data base and mobile web automation, and UI automation and functional testing.

(Good to have expertise)

• Experience in building CI/Cd pipelines ( Azure DevOps experience preferred)

• Preferred Additional Skills
  - Demonstrated understanding of application architectures
  - Demonstrated experience using TDD or BDD
  - Demonstrated experience in application development
  - Demonstrated experience with continuous integration, including one or more of the build/deploy/version control tools

• Professional Skill Requirements
  - Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  - Proven ability to work creatively and have strong examination ability in a problem-solving environment

Creating automation test plan.

• Perform peer review of the code and provide approval

• Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases

• Collating and monitoring the defect management process

• Managing the changes and executing regression tests

• Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling.

• Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and provide appropriate solution

Salary Range: $100,000 – 115,200 AUD
