Tencent Cloud International is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Pre-sales) to join our Singapore team as part of our accelerated global expansion and growing presence in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will serve as a trusted cloud solution expert, partnering with enterprise clients across diverse industries to design, customise, and deliver high-performance public cloud solutions that align with both business and technical goals. You will bridge customer needs with Tencent Cloud’s product and R&D teams, ensure smooth end-to-end project delivery, and contribute to the success of industry-specific digital transformation initiatives. As an ambassador for Tencent Cloud, you will also represent the company at industry events, workshops, and partner engagements, strengthening our market influence and reinforcing our position as a leader in cloud innovation.
Responsibilities

  • Design and customize cloud solutions for customers, ensuring seamless implementation and project delivery.
  • Act as the technical bridge between customers and Tencent Cloud’s backend teams, translating customer requirements and industry best practices into actionable solutions.
  • Monitor and oversee project implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.
  • Participate in online and offline industry workshops, forums, and events to enhance Tencent Cloud’s market influence and brand awareness.
  • Provide technical consultation and presales support, collaborating with sales teams to drive customer engagement and cloud adoption.
Who We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in public cloud presales and solution architecture.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing architectures, with proficiency in virtualization technologies such as KVM, Xen, or LxC.
  • Deep understanding of underlying system architectures and the ability to analyze industry-specific business needs and pain points, particularly in gaming or other digital industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively engage with regional and China-based stakeholders.
