Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Technology Solutions Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape and driving the delivery of modern digital and AI-enabled solutions. Reporting to the Head of Technology, this is a hands-on leadership role that combines solution architecture, technical business analysis, software delivery leadership and technology governance. You will be the key technical authority for solution design and implementation, ensuring technology solutions are secure, scalable, integrated, maintainable and aligned to business strategy.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Zelora's technology landscape, leading internal technical resources and external delivery partners to deliver secure, scalable and high-quality solutions.
- Establish engineering standards, drive delivery excellence and act as the key technical escalation point across development, infrastructure, testing and business teams.
- Lead the implementation of Zelora's AI strategy, bringing practical AI-enabled solutions into production.
- Establish secure and scalable AI practices, drive intelligent automation opportunities and build internal capability to leverage AI across the business.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Design and govern solution architectures across applications, integrations, cloud and data platforms. You'll ensure technology solutions are future-focused, secure, maintainable and aligned with Zelora's strategic direction.
- Champion technology governance, secure-by-design practices and continuous improvement. You'll help simplify and optimise the technology landscape while ensuring solutions align with Zelora's security, privacy and compliance requirements.
You'll bring a strong blend of technical depth, leadership capability and commercial thinking. In addition to this, you'll have:
- Demonstrated experience in technology delivery, solution design or enterprise applications, including enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership of software development or technical delivery teams, including people management, coaching and partner oversight.
- Strong technical business analysis and solution architecture capability, including integrations, APIs, cloud technologies and secure application development.
- Experience managing vendors and development partners and working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, facilitation and influencing skills, supported by strong commercial awareness and technical judgement.
- Strategic and systems thinking, pragmatic problem solving, adaptability, decisiveness under pressure, and a collaborative leadership style.
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture experience, Azure or AWS certification, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, Power Platform, SaaS implementation and AI-enabled solution experience are highly desirable.
