Introduction
This role will lead and manage cross functional teams within the company as well as interfacing with customers to ensure project delivery on schedule, meets required specifications, with a good quality and within budget.
The successful candidate will be a program manager driving 55/130nm Power Technology Development programs.
Responsibilities
Program management of Technology Development projects, focusing on 55/130nm Power programs.
Drive schedule fulfillment of program requirements and issues resolution coordinated among multiple functions (internally within GF, externally with customers) and within budgeted resources.
Work with Technical Project Leaders/Owners to consolidate and summarize key program status.
Track program deliverables and key dependencies. Manages program risks and prioritize tasks.
Work with corporate program management team on program reporting.
Setup business processes to manage resource allocation and prioritization of the projects by working with Fab Operation, Product Management and Corporate Program Management teams.
Setup internal project review forums, task force, track and drive action items.
Forecast, tracks and improves financials of the project: (a) project expenses, (b) project cost model. Work with Finance team on project based financial summary and analysis.
Drive and support TD operational excellence in product development cycle time and product quality.
Required Qualifications
Degree/Masters in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Physics or equivalent
Min 6 years industry & program management experience.
Well versed in program management tools, methodologies, deployment and mindset. PMP certification will be an advantage.
Wafer fab engineering/manufacturing knowledge and experience will be preferred.
Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, presentation, problem solving, organizing, influencing, and team facilitation skills with a track record of delivering projects success in a fast paced environment.
Possesses an open mind, entrepreneurial drive and cooperative personality to work in a complex environment, across matrix organizations, functional, geographic and cultural borders with rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to maintain team focus through ambiguity and changing program requirements in a dynamic organizational structure.
Foster mutual trust and respect with the internal development team, partners and customers.
Act with integrity, holds himself/herself to the highest standard of fairness, honesty and transparency on everything he/she does.
