About the Role

We are on the hunt for a Technical Product Manager with a passion for building seamless integrations to lead our new Integrations Squad! You’ll play a pivotal role in our strategic focus on partnerships and drive our integration strategy whilst being instrumental in unlocking growth and meeting the increasing demands of our expanding markets.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the ownership and support of current native integrations
  • Own the end-to-end of new native integrations for data sharing to various systems including, sales data with labor management solutions, CRM data with marketing automation tools and financial data to bookkeeping software
  • Expand and support ROLLER’s connected apps, managing the relationships and partner certification
  • Maintain, extend, document and support public APIs
  • Support expansion strategy via channel integrations, fiscal integrations, and custom extension frameworks


About You

  • You have a strong technical background with a deep understanding of API development, data sharing protocols and integration best practices
  • Your technical skills enable you to bridge the gap between product development and technical implementation seamlessly
  • You have a proven track record of successful integration delivery, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from concept to production scale
  • You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and align integration initiatives with our overall business goals
  • Your innovative mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and drive continuous improvement
  • You obsess over customer success and always strive to understand and meet the needs of our customers
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a bonus!

What You Can Expect

  1. Initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager
    You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.
  2. Interview with the Director of Product
    You'll get to meet with the Director of Product to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
  3. Whiteboard Collaboration Session
    You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team on a challenge we present to you which will give you a taste of the type of exciting things you can get involved in at ROLLER! You will also get to showcase your style of working.
  4. Loop Interviews
    This is where you will get to meet our wider ROLLER team to do a 'vibe check' on us to make sure our culture & vibe meet what you are looking for!
