- Solid experience in HR tech / system implementation
- Experience owning functional solution delivery across the full project lifecycle.
- End-to-end project delivery
- Solution design and system architecture basics
- Hands-on experience configuring with:
- Workday Recruiting (must) and
- Other WD modules (desirable)
- Paradox (desirable)
- Hired Score (good to have)
Exposure to:
- Business case creation / ROI analysis / Risk and impact assessment analysis
- POCs, pilots, or innovation projects
