Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The TechBar Analyst provides high-quality, customer-focused IT support within a modern workplace, acting as a key point of contact for end users.
This role combines strong technical capability with proactive engagement to enhance user productivity and experience, while ensuring alignment with ServiceNow-based service management practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver front-line TechBar support with a strong customer service focus
Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently
Proactively assist users and identify improvement opportunities
Support devices, mobility, collaboration tools, and meeting room technologies
Assist with device setup, provisioning, and refresh activities
Manage tickets within ServiceNow ensuring accurate updates
Maintain high-quality records and data integrity
Promote secure, modern workplace practices
Follow ServiceNow workflows and ITIL-aligned processes
Collaborate with broader IT teams
Maintain a clean and professional TechBar environment

Basic ITIL knowledge
Customer service experience
