POSITION OVERVIEW

The TechBar Analyst provides high-quality, customer-focused IT support within a modern workplace, acting as a key point of contact for end users.

This role combines strong technical capability with proactive engagement to enhance user productivity and experience, while ensuring alignment with ServiceNow-based service management practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver front-line TechBar support with a strong customer service focus

  • Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently

  • Proactively assist users and identify improvement opportunities

  • Support devices, mobility, collaboration tools, and meeting room technologies

  • Assist with device setup, provisioning, and refresh activities

  • Manage tickets within ServiceNow ensuring accurate updates

  • Maintain high-quality records and data integrity

  • Promote secure, modern workplace practices

  • Follow ServiceNow workflows and ITIL-aligned processes

  • Collaborate with broader IT teams

  • Maintain a clean and professional TechBar environment

  • Basic ITIL knowledge

  • Customer service experience
