The Delivery Lead position is to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day project delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering timelines, business goals, and stakeholder expectations. From planning through execution and closure, the Delivery Lead plays a key role in driving structure amid ambiguity, fostering team collaboration, and keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget. The ideal candidate is driven, organised, and a strong communicator with a passion for becoming a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.

Required skills and experience

  • Essential Skills: 
  •       Strong technical background with understanding of software development
  •       Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  •       Risk management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  •       Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

  • Qualifications: 
  •       Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
  •       PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications preferred
  •       3-5+ years technical project management experience
  •       Experience in regulated industries (gaming/wagering) advantageous

Roles & Responsibilites:

  •      Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects and initiatives
  •      Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, infrastructure)
  •      Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
  •      Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation
  •      Stakeholder communication and reporting on project status
