About the role

The Team Administrator will work collaboratively with two Fordham teams, supporting the team Personal Assistants in providing a high level of administrative assistance. The role will involve:

  • Diary management and travel requirements.

  • Monitoring and filtering emails and incoming calls.

  • Co-ordination of meetings, training and functions.

  • Preparing and assisting with documentation requirements including but not limited to reports, presentations and client correspondence as well as preparing meeting agendas and taking and distributing meeting minutes as appropriate.

  • Processing a variety of finance related requirements including expense reports, credit card reimbursements, reconciliations, processing invoices and fees.

  • Assisting in specialised projects as directed by leader group and with ad hoc requests where required.

  • Maintaining marketing data base.

  • Providing general support to the wider team and wider group

  • Assisting with the onboarding/offboarding of clients & staff.

About you

  • Demonstrated proven experience in an administrative assistant role or similar, ideally within the financial or professional services industry.

  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while working under pressure.

  • Ability to demonstrate a level of commercial acumen and display initiative and confidentiality as appropriate.

  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.

  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and have a strong focus on team.
