About the role
The Team Administrator will work collaboratively with two Fordham teams, supporting the team Personal Assistants in providing a high level of administrative assistance. The role will involve:
Diary management and travel requirements.
Monitoring and filtering emails and incoming calls.
Co-ordination of meetings, training and functions.
Preparing and assisting with documentation requirements including but not limited to reports, presentations and client correspondence as well as preparing meeting agendas and taking and distributing meeting minutes as appropriate.
Processing a variety of finance related requirements including expense reports, credit card reimbursements, reconciliations, processing invoices and fees.
Assisting in specialised projects as directed by leader group and with ad hoc requests where required.
Maintaining marketing data base.
Providing general support to the wider team and wider group
Assisting with the onboarding/offboarding of clients & staff.
About you
Demonstrated proven experience in an administrative assistant role or similar, ideally within the financial or professional services industry.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
Ability to demonstrate a level of commercial acumen and display initiative and confidentiality as appropriate.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Work with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks.
Ability to build relationships across all levels and have a strong focus on team.
