Your role with us

Your mission should you choose to accept it, will be to assist the Talent Acquisition team with their day-to-day tasks. These tasks will include but not be limited to; scheduling interviews and booking Talent-related meetings, posting job adverts, creating Talent templates, and processing and submitting Talent related invoices. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and high-growth organisation, that covers a wide range of Talent Acquisition coordination duties. You will report into the Talent Manager and form part of a TA team of 7 and a wider company of over 500 staff!

What you'll do:

  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules for candidates across various stages (phone screens, virtual interviews, in-person interviews).
  • Liaise with candidates and interviewers to confirm availability and secure meeting times.
  • Send out interview invitations, calendar invites, and necessary pre-interview information to candidates and interviewers.
  • Book meeting rooms or manage virtual meeting platforms.
  • Reschedule interviews as needed, ensuring clear communication to all parties involved.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for all candidates.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Process and submit Talent-related invoices for payment, ensuring they are paid on time and to the correct vendors.
  • Manage and maintain Talent Acquisition-related documentation and digital assets.
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and platforms accurately and in a timely manner.
