About this role

Join our National Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the smooth delivery of recruitment activity across Grant Thornton Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. You'll be a trusted member of a close-knit national team, contributing wherever needed and helping ensure recruitment activity runs smoothly across the firm.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our recruitment processes moving, ensuring our systems are accurate, our candidates are well supported and our team has the information they need to deliver great hiring outcomes. We are open to full-time or 0.8 FTE arrangements.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, communications and recruitment logistics
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity across recruitment systems
  • Create and post job adverts across internal and external channels
  • Administer assessments, checks, contracts and onboarding tasks
  • Generate recruitment reports and support data accuracy
  • Provide flexible support across the Talent Acquisition team as priorities shift
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and external suppliers
  • Contribute to TA projects, process improvements and system updates

Skills & experience

  • Recruitment, HR or coordination experience
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience using recruitment, HR or similar business systems
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to adapt, pitch in and support a high-performing team
