Job DescriptionThis is your chance to make a real impact! Come join our AU/NZ Talent Acquisition team that thrives on connection, creativity, and delivering great outcomes. Based out of our Camberwell office 3 days per week, you’ll be the engine that keeps our talent pipeline flowing.
A peek into your new role
- Delivering high-volume TA support – you’ll be primarily recruiting Educators and Coordinators for our services
- Building strong partnerships and capability amongst your hiring managers - setting clear expectations, communicating progress etc
- Building pipelines, creating standout ads, proactively sourcing, and maintaining candidate momentum
- Monitoring market trends, sharing insights, and evolving our TA strategy
- Taking part in broader TA/P&C projects
