You would act as the Systems Engineer for Switching and Wifi. 

As a Systems Engineer, you will:

  • Play an integral role in providing pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
  • Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide security solution design and implementation solutions to clients.
  • Effectively carry out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation, etc.).
  • Actively participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demo.
  • Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

  • Experience with security products such, NGFW, IDS/IPS, AV, IPSec, Content and Application security.
  • Administrator knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows.
  • Working knowledge of public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies such as Routing, Switching, VOIP, etc. 
  • Working understanding of API based security & compliance standards.
  • Experience working with customers, positioning, demonstrating, configuring, network infrastructure    security products.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to analyse difficult problems in complex  environments using a systematic approach to quick resolution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the enterprise networking security space. 
  • Strong understanding of vulnerabilities, exploits, malware, ransomware, etc. 
  • An understanding of a distribution/channel partner go to market strategy.
  • Pre-Sales experience preferred.
