Provide first-line application support for MYOB Acumatica and Microsoft Business Central/Wiise via phone/email, diagnose and resolve issues, manage upgrades, customise forms/reports, escalate complex problems, and maintain support records.
One of Pine's portfolio companies is seeking a Support Consultant to join their client support team. Specialising in MYOB Acumatica and Microsoft Business Central/Wiise throughout Australia, they help businesses run better — and they're growing. The successful candidate will provide application support services to a growing client base, serving as a reliable first point of contact for queries and issues while collaborating with senior technical team members on more complex escalations.
This is a full-time remote role based in Australia.
What You'll Do
- Provide application support to clients via phone and email, utilising remote access technologies to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Respond to "how to" queries, analyse and fix data issues, troubleshoot software faults, and address technical problems.
- Schedule and manage software and system upgrades for clients.
- Develop form and report customisations to meet client-specific needs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Senior Technical Team with clear context and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting and/or implementing MYOB Acumatica or other ERP/accounting software — candidates without prior ERP support experience will not be considered.
- Accounting or Business qualifications, or demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals and business processes.
- Demonstrated experience with relational databases.
- Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal Reports, MS Reports, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with MYOB Acumatica or other ERP systems in an implementation capacity.
- Experience with payroll systems and processes.
- Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience with SQL Server, including advanced SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
- Advanced report writing skills.
