Manage end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations including scoping, solution design, configuration, customisations, reporting, data conversions, end-user training, and post-go-live consulting and support.

Own post-sale client relationships to retain and grow revenue. Manage client health in HubSpot, identify at-risk customers, run engagement cadences, pursue upsell, handle escalations, oversee onboarding and commercial terms, coordinate with Sales/Delivery/ISVs, and feed advocacy stories to Marketing.

Build and maintain Acumatica customisations and integrations, own a client ticket queue end-to-end, use AI-augmented tooling to increase productivity, quote and deliver to estimate, contribute to upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement of development processes.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations: discovery, scoping, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live account management. Support pre-sales activities, run workshops, design solutions, deliver training, and identify follow-on opportunities to grow the practice.

Provide first-line application support for MYOB Acumatica and Microsoft Business Central/Wiise via phone/email, diagnose and resolve issues, manage upgrades, customise forms/reports, escalate complex problems, and maintain support records.

Lead ANZ month-end close, review OpCo trial balances, manage regional audits, coordinate tax and statutory compliance, support consolidation to US GAAP, partner with OpCo finance teams, and drive process and control improvements across multiple ERP systems.
