About the role...

As we grow, we have created a new role of Supply Planner which will work across our Arc'teryx and Winter Sports Equipment. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply planning across assigned brands and categories—ensuring the right products are available at the right time, while balancing inventory, cost, and risk. You’ll play a key role in translating demand forecasts into actionable supply plans, managing purchase orders, and providing clear visibility across inbound supply. Working cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, and external suppliers, you’ll help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Day to day responsibilities include;

  • Developing and maintaining supply plans aligned to forecasts and inventory targets
  • Managing purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Monitoring inbound supply and proactively managing delays, shortages, or risks
  • Partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimise supply outcomes
  • Supporting inventory health and working capital through effective planning
  • Maintaining high data integrity across systems (ERP, planning tools)
  • Providing clear reporting and insights to support decision-making

About you...

You’re analytical and solutions-focused who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and are confident navigating systems, data, and stakeholder relationships. You bring;

  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and purchasing principles
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and system discipline
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
