Join Our Team as a Supply Chain Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on operational performance across the supply chain. This role supports Continuous Improvement and Strategic Projects with data and reports to ensure informed decision-making and identification of opportunities to influence and drive change.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of supply chain performance, costs, trends, and exceptions with a focus on adherence to KPIS and budgets
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings through data analysis.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers to manage inventory levels and improve processes.
- Implement strategies to reduce lead times, improve delivery schedules, and optimize inventory levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
- Track and report on Pipeline and Business Optimization strategic projects.
- Process and track invoices/PO payments, manage site consumable replenishment, and provide site-based systems administration.
- Collaborate with all areas of the supply chain, sales, quality, and finance teams on cross-functional projects
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and reporting with supply chain and logistics processes within a Warehousing, Transport or FMCG environment will be well regarded
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced MS skills- Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in extracting data from multiple systems, including SAP including ECC, EWM & TM, plus BI reporting.
Experience:
- Experience in a business analyst role in a Warehousing, transport or FMCG would be well regarded.
- Minimum of 2 years in an entry-level role.
