Supply Chain sits within our Operations Team and in this role, you’ll have the chance to work with all areas of our business to ensure we’re servicing our customers with the right product, in the right place, at the right time at the right cost.

You’ll be enhancing patients’ lives every day. As a Junior Supply Planner at Stryker, you will be responsible for managing inventory records, supporting administrative tasks and collaborating across teams to ensure operational efficiency with minimal risk.

What will you do?

  • Assist in maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
  • Support the Supply Chain team with daily administrative tasks, including order entry, shipment tracking, and invoicing.
  • Communicate with suppliers to track order statuses, resolve issues, and update internal teams on progress.
  • Analyze inventory reports and provide insights to support inventory planning and demand forecasting.
  • Assist in managing logistics documentation and coordinating shipments as needed.
  • Help maintain efficient communication between internal departments, including logistics, finance, and procurement.

  • Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives and ensure operational efficiency.

About You

The following experience would be welcome:

  • 1+ years of experience in a supply chain or operational role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large sets of data and administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Basic understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage data sets.

  • Previous experience with ERP systems or databases

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
