What You’ll Do

Telstra Enterprise - Enterprise Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Telstra's enterprise business, including order fulfillment, customer support, and service delivery.

-Contract ownership: Hold first-line accountability as Contract Owner for an assigned set of partner/supplier agreements across their full lifecycle.
-Onboarding: Ensure new partners are onboarded correctly against the Supplier Governance Framework, including risk, cyber, compliance and commercial pre-requisites.
-Obligation management: Monitor partner obligations and trigger action where obligations are at risk.
-Renewals & exits: Plan and execute renewals, variations and partner exits in a controlled, timely manner — avoiding lapsed, evergreen or uncontrolled engagements.
-Strategic portfolio management: Lead the contractual response to business and structural change — including separations, carve-outs and transitions — ensuring partner agreements remain enforceable, transferable, and aligned to new ownership or operating boundaries.
-Operating model transitions: Support the establishment of new operating models by reshaping supplier agreements, redefining commercial constructs, and ensuring contractual alignment to future-state delivery, governance, and accountability frameworks.
-Risk & compliance: Identify, document and escalate contractual and third-party risks; ensure contracts remain enforceable and aligned to current Telstra policy.
-Stakeholder enablement: Partner with Sales, Alliance Leads, Partner Commercial & Rebates, Legal and -Procurement to translate commercial intent into compliant contracts, enabling sales without creating downstream risk.
-Data integrity: Maintain accurate contract records in Telstra's contract systems to support reporting and decision-making

About You

-Demonstrated experience in contract management, commercial operations, procurement or partner/vendor management.
-Working knowledge of supplier governance, third-party risk and contract lifecycle tooling.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a portfolio of agreements at pace.
-Able to operate across functional boundaries — comfortable engaging with Legal, Procurement, Risk, Sales and Partners.
-Bias for action, control and timeliness; resilient under competing priorities.
