Qualifications

External

  • 4-8 years of experience as supervisor/team lead managing an RCM account, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Willing to work on a hybrid set-up and US hours in BGC.

Internal

  • Open to AHS OPRCM B4, P1 and up.
  • Candidate must have POC experience.

  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of revenue cycle team members and ensures operational goals are met.
  • Monitors productivity, quality, service levels, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provides coaching, performance feedback, and development support to team members.
  • Resolves routine operational issues and escalates complex concerns as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners to improve processes and customer outcomes.
  • Uses reporting and data analysis to identify trends, address performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of insurance verification, prior authorization, claims, denial management, and other revenue cycle activities.
  • Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to support operational success.
  • Implements and reinforces process changes, best practices, and quality standards.
  • Decisions primarily impact team performance, customer experience, and operational results.
