As our Studio Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our creative studio, ensuring projects flow seamlessly from concept to delivery. You’ll play a key role in helping designers and cross-functional teams focus on what they do best by keeping timelines, resources, and priorities clearly organised.

Your role with us:

Acting as the main point of contact between the studio and stakeholders, you’ll maintain visibility of workloads, track action items, and help implement processes that drive efficiency and clarity.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager, Senior Design Manager, Program Coordinator, and cross-functional teams across Marketing, Brand, and CRM ensuring alignment, momentum, and high-quality delivery across every stage of our projects.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate incoming creative projects and assign tasks to the right designers based on skill, capacity, and priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, resources, and shifting priorities.
  • Maintain the studio’s project management tools (e.g., Jira) to ensure clear visibility of workloads and timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact between creative teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and other studio workflows to keep projects on track.
  • Take detailed notes, track action items, and maintain accurate process documentation.
  • Help streamline and improve studio processes to boost efficiency and overall team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to understand requirements, negotiate priorities, and deliver projects as briefed.
  • Support a collaborative, creative environment, fostering positive team dynamics and high-quality output.

What you will bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Project, Traffic, or Studio Coordinator/Manager in an agency or design studio environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows and experience collaborating with digital, brand, and product teams.
  • Proven ability to manage resources, timelines, and change across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
  • An agile mindset — flexible, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience forward-planning and forecasting work to keep the studio aligned and efficient.
Bonus points if you also have:
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles or a background working closely with design teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Project Management, or a related field.
