The Opportunity
Are you a commercially savvy, analytical thinker who thrives on driving value and growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Manager to join our high-performing sales organization in Melbourne. In this role, you will lead the strategic value creation for Mars Snacking Salty Snacks & Impulse portfolio across Pricing, Trade Investment, and Product/Pack Mix Management.
Reporting directly the Head of SRM and collaborating with a dedicated team of 6 SRM professionals, you will serve as a key business partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will play a vital role in unlocking category profit pools, driving consumer penetration, and defining how our portfolio wins on the shelf.
What will be your key responsibilities?
As our SRM Manager, you will bring our Value Strategy to life by focusing on four strategic areas:
- Lead development of portfolio pricing strategy and price-value actions for profitable value and volume growth
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and optimise our trade promotional strategies to deliver Mutual growth for Mars and our partners.
- Drive development of portfolio Net Price Realization and Product Mix plans at the channel/key customer level.
- Lead the local SRM analytical tools (Power BI and Excell), and run capability-building sessions to embed SRM understanding across the wider Mars Snacking business.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor Degree with a strong commercial, financial, or analytical background.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in a blue-chip FMCG or consumer products environment.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: Exceptional financial literacy, understanding of P&L impacts, and a strong capability in pricing scenario planning.
- Influencing & Collaboration: Natural organizational agility with the ability to challenge the status quo, build robust relationships, and confidently present recommendations to Senior Leaders.
- Preferred understanding and experience of Pricing strategy implementation
