About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

As a Solutions Immersion Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of how Salesforce helps customers truly adopt and consume our technology. This isn't a traditional SE role — it's a creative, customer-facing, cross-cloud position focused on designing and delivering immersive, interactive experiences that move customers from curiosity to confidence with Salesforce AI and platform capabilities.
You'll own the Hands-on Training program for Specialist Clouds ANZ, bringing structure, consistency, and energy to workshops that directly drive consumption and adoption across our customer base.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Coordinate and orchestrate visionary customer workshops and hands-on training sessions that inspire and accelerate Salesforce adoption
  • Design and facilitate Discovery & Strategy workshops that help customers articulate their goals and map a path forward
  • Manage and standardise content, demo orgs, and visionary customer initiatives cross-cloud — working closely with specialists and SE teams to keep content sharp and relevant
  • Create compelling content and hands on interactive experiences for Consumption and Adoption workshops that reflect the new reality of selling and buying AI
  • Understand Salesforce adoption paths, customer maturity frameworks and create and manage relevant content
  • Maintain a central repository and calendar of all Hands-on Training programs across ANZ, ensuring visibility and alignment across clouds and teams
  • Promote and educate both customers and internal teams (including AEs) on available workshop paths, programs, and how to engage
  • Coordinate logistics with Marketing to ensure seamless event planning and execution
  • Align and collaborate with the Customer Success organisation to define workshop scope, avoid overlap, and maximise customer impact
  • Build and maintain a workshop impact dashboard to measure what's working — attendance, marketing driven pipeline, opportunity influence, adoption metrics, and more

You're Our Person If...

  • Experience in a customer-facing SE, solution consulting, or hands on roles
  • A passion for designing interactive, hands-on learning experiences — you believe customers learn by doing
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading sessions with groups of 20–200+
  • Salesforce product domain speciality with ability to define, shape and help build content and demo assets
  • Ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally across clouds, marketing, and customer success. A Self starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform and AI capabilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
  • A natural collaborator who can bring people together around a shared vision
  • Ideally Sydney/Melbourne based

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
