We are growing our finance team and looking for a FP&A Manager to help scale Blinq’s financial planning and strategic decision-making capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations and will partner closely with the leadership team to build robust forecasting models, drive key financial insights, and support critical commercial decisions.
You will play a key role in building Blinq’s FP&A function, helping leadership understand performance drivers, optimise resource allocation, and guide the company through its next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
Own and build Blinq’s FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Leverage AI and build internal AI agents to automate finance operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making workflows
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support growth planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to provide financial insights on pricing, GTM investments, and commercial strategy
- Analyse key SaaS metrics and unit economics (ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, retention) to guide decision-making
Deliver clear financial reporting and performance insights to leadership and help identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
- Support board reporting, fundraising preparation, and strategic planning alongside senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth startups
- Strong interest in AI, with experience (or eagerness) to leverage AI tools and build lightweight agents to automate workflows and enhance finance operations
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience working with or supporting SaaS or technology businesses
- Ability to translate financial analysis into clear, actionable business insights
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with commercial and product teams
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building from the ground up
