STEM Aspire is mentorship program connecting women studying STEM or Business degree to women role-models within Dell Technologies. University and TAFE students in their final year are encouraged to apply.

Our objective is to encourage and empower women studying technology to graduate and to have successful and rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​ 

STEMAspire will take place between February and August 2025 and during this time, you will:

  • have the opportunity to participate in 1x1 mentoring sessions
  • attend group sessions focusing on topics that will help you to start your career
  • opportunity to meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies as well as other inspiring students

Do I qualify? 

As a woman studying a STEM or Business degree in a final year of study (University or TAFE) and you are based in Australia.

How do I apply to the program?

  • Submit your resume 
  • Upload a cover letter explaining why you want to be part of our mentoring program

You will then receive a separate communication on your email with more details on the next steps and the structure of the mentoring program.
