Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an innovative colleague to join our Digitalization & Data Management team. You will develop and implement AI models into our systems and work with diverse AI technologies, understand our complex business needs and translate them into powerful AI solutions. If you have strong proficiency in machine learning, a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms and familiarity with AI technologies and platforms along with good leadership and management skills, you would be the ideal candidate.

Your tasks

• Develop AI Strategies: Create and implement AI strategies that align with the organization's business goals and implement AI use cases that bring value to the business
• AI Community & Training: Establish an AI-savvy community with business and IT people and create training programs that further promote the utilization of AI within the business functions
• Project Management: Lead AI project teams and coordinate with other departments for successful AI deployment
• Integration & Tooling: Ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies with existing software and hardware platforms by closely collaborating with our corporate IT functions
• Optimization: Monitor the performance of AI systems and make necessary adjustments for optimal functionality
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, IT and software development teams to transform machine learning models into production-level code
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for AI integrations, including technical design documents, reports and manuals
• Compliance: Ensure all AI operations adhere to ethical guidelines and compliance regulations
• Risk Management: Identify and manage opportunities and risks associated with AI deployments

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification - HTL/FH/(Technical) University
• Excellent knowledge about the architecture and application of common AI technology stacks, such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI Foundry
• Proficiency in machine learning, data structures, algorithms and various AI technologies and platforms
• Ability to address issues related to AI applications in a timely and effective manner
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for data management and governance
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and technologies
• Fluent proficiency in German and English

Your profile matters!
Based on your qualifications, professional experience and the tasks that await you, we will agree on your actual salary. The minimum salary, depending on education, ranges from € 3.729 to € 4.270 gross per month (14 x p.a.) based on full-time employment (38,5 hours per week). Depending on your specific professional experience, there is a willingness to significantly overpay.
