Profile Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5.5 years of experience in outbound B2C or B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, consultative selling techniques, objection handling frameworks, and closing strategies in a service-based or home improvement context
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, power dialers, lead scraping and enrichment tools, and data analytics platforms to inform prospecting strategy and pipeline management
  • Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, convey urgency, and confidently articulate value propositions over the phone
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in roofing, construction, home services, real estate, or insurance restoration sales is preferred
  • Leadership & Autonomy: Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, mentor junior sales team members, and take ownership of revenue targets without requiring day-to-day direction

Core responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Outbound Sales: Own the complete sales process from initial lead identification through cold outreach, qualification, objection handling, appointment setting, and closing for residential and commercial roofing services across the greater San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles County
  • Advanced Lead Research & Data Acquisition: Leverage property records, permit databases, transaction histories, and data scraping tools to build highly targeted prospect lists of homeowners and commercial property managers with active or upcoming roofing needs
  • Cold Calling & Pipeline Development: Execute disciplined, high-volume cold calling campaigns while maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities at various stages of the sales funnel
  • Multi-Channel Sales Engagement: Coordinate outreach across phone, email, text, and social media platforms, tailoring messaging to prospect segments including storm damage restoration, aging roof replacement, tile repair, and preventive maintenance
  • Sales Strategy & Process Improvement: Identify patterns in prospect behavior, conversion rates, and objection trends to refine scripts, outreach sequences, and targeting criteria in collaboration with ownership
  • Reporting & Performance Accountability: Track and report on daily call volume, lead conversion rates, appointments set, and revenue generated, holding yourself accountable to clearly defined KPIs and sales targets
