The Role

We are looking for an Sr. Implementation Specialist, as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of customer focused products.
This role reports directly into Implementation Manager of Australia.

What You’ll Do

Support the pre and post sales process by recommending best practice use of the established Solera product set.

Technical customer facing expert, able to communicate clearly and easily with both business and technical contacts, ie customer workflow adaptation and API integration.

Gather all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer focused implementation and configuration strategy.

Ability to document test scenarios of configuration to support QA.

SME in a number of the Solera products, particularly understanding the configuration and integration capabilities.

Collaborate with both configuration and training team to deliver customer requirements and the broader Solera team to deliver new product developments.

On occasion train the customer on the newly delivered configuration.

Cross functional alignment with product and sales to ensure alignment on roadmap, and delivery in line with customer/revenue expectations.

Provide 3rd level support on customer deliveries and SME products.

 

What You’ll Bring

University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

12+ years of experience of delivering large transformation programs, utilising high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology. 
Excellent customer facing skills, collaboration, and communication.

Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets, able to ‘think out of the box’ to deliver value solutions to customers. 

Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities to deliver best results with least cost.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team, passionate about collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Extensive use of JIRA, Confluence and Office365

Experience of technical implementations/integration project and configuration, particularly covering any of SOA, APIs, API management, SOAP, XSLT, Postman, Swagger, Oauth, XML, CSS

Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, but also with more traditional structured approaches such as Waterfall project implementations
