What's the role?
As the Sr. Account Executive you will be responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives with a leading Japanese Auto OEM. In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative cross functional team and therefore, required to develop and lead various internal and external, cross functional projects to successful completion. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: prospecting content, In Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Connected Vehicle Services (CVS) and Highly Automated Driving (HAD) opportunities in all parts of the business at the client, creating the strategy to establish and collaborate the business with the client, leading the process of developing proposals / Term Sheets and ensuring successful signing of contracts.

- Achieving assigned sales targets for the growth of company.
- Driving the revenue of the program by monitoring and optimizing revenue from assigned business.
- Developing and executing the sales strategy for the assigned market and Account(s).
- Leading projects and aligning with local & global teams for the assigned customer(s).
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within the target Account(s).
- Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations.
- Strengthening relationships as a trusted advisor for the various stake holders of existing and potential customers (the leading Japanese OEM, its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) across multiple levels of organization and external parties in assigned business segments.
- Working with key customers to identify future product requirements for HERE's location-based solutions and services and communicating the requirements to product and operational teams within the organization.
- Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and providing relevant reports and information.
- Executing targeted customer training and workshops.
- Coordinating and supporting the efforts of regional sales teams of account executives for the client and their system vendors
Who are you?

- Bachelors or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
- Over 10 years+ as a sales executive in account management or account sales with a proven record of being able to close complex deals.
- Direct sales experience is preferred.
- Successful management of complex projects and demonstrated execution excellence.
- Strong cross functional collaboration and team building skills.
- Strong business, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build strong and influential relationships with key decision makers at the customer organization.
- Ability to manage various stakeholders at multiple levels of people and organization in automotive customers as well as assigned market.
- Background in automotive electronics system integration solution or Location Based Services related solutions is nice to have.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
- You are a motivated self-starter, with outstanding work ethic & energetic attitude.
- You have a deep understanding of License selling complexities.
