We’re looking for a strategic and culturally connected Sports & Community Marketing Manager to identify and amplify the people, communities and stories that authentically represent the Arc'teryx brand.

This is an opportunity to strengthen brand credibility, deepens consumer connection at scale, and reinforces Arc'teryx's position as the leading premium mountain brand in the region.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you responsible for building Arc'teryx's connection to mountain culture across Australia and New Zealand through athletes, ambassadors, partnerships, community initiatives and brand experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute the annual ANZ Sport Marketing & Community strategy aligned to regional business priorities and global brand objectives.
  • Establish annual objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned to brand and commercial goals.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, consideration, advocacy and consumer connection through sport and community marketing.
  • Develop and lead the ANZ athlete, ambassador strategy- identify, recruit and manage athletes and cultural leaders
  • Build long-term partnerships that strengthen brand credibility, create compelling storytelling opportunities and deliver measurable impact at scale.
  • Develop community engagement initiatives that create meaningful connections to the brand.
  • Partner with Brand Communications, Creative and Social teams to maximise the impact of athlete, partnership and community initiatives.
  • Create opportunities for earned influence, content creation and consumer engagement through compelling storytelling and experiences.
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated experience building premium, culturally relevant brands through sport marketing, partnerships, community engagement and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programs that deliver measurable brand outcomes across awareness, consideration, advocacy and brand equity.
  • Strong network and established relationships across outdoor, mountain, sport, cultural and creative industries.
  • Experience identifying and developing partnerships, ambassadors and experiences that strengthen brand credibility and cultural relevance.
  • Exceptional storytelling instincts, with a strong understanding of how athletes, partnerships and experiences can be leveraged to build meaningful consumer connection.
  • Experience leading agencies, external partners and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
  • Deep appreciation for mountain culture and a genuine understanding of the values that define the Arc'teryx brand.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field
