Position Overview
This role operates as an individual contributor and trusted talent advisor, partnering closely with Services leadership across Europe.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, Services, you will primarily support the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement portfolio, with potential responsibilities across other business areas. You will play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and secure top talent in highly competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities• Partner with internal talent acquisition stakeholders to develop tailored strategies for attracting top external talent across Services.• Conduct initial screenings and assessments of both active and passive candidates, internally and externally.• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines within the CRM to support current and future hiring needs.• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and systems.• Monitor sourcing effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes, such as direct sourcing, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity outcomes, pipeline quality, ATS effectiveness, and data integrity.• Maintain strong, transparent partnerships with business stakeholders through effective communication, reporting, and advisory support.
Qualifications• Extensive experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices.• Proven experience designing and implementing successful sourcing strategies.• Expertise in identifying and attracting senior-level professional talent through multiple sourcing channels.• Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop, interpret, and present data-driven insights to business partners.• Demonstrated ethical standards, integrity, and passion for attracting top talent.• Ability to deliver results with a high sense of urgency and strong customer focus.• Proven track record of building networks and developing talent communities.• Self-starter who thrives as an individual contributor within a complex, global organisation.• Bachelor's degree preferred.
