What Payroll contributes to Cardinal Health
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
Payroll processes the organization's payroll according to company policy and applicable regulations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and timely with correct withholding and deductions. This job family maintains payroll records and calculates overtime, shift payments, sales commissions and bonuses, taxes and deductions. Qualifications
