Crown Melbourne is seeking an experienced Spa & Leisure Supervisor for a 12-month fixed term contract, to support the daily operations of Crown Spa and the Towers Pool & Fitness Centre. 

As the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences and guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, we are committed to creating memorable and elevated hospitality experience. As a Spa & Leisure Supervisor you will be responsible for:  

The Role 

  • Oversee daytoday spa and leisure operations, including guest relations and reception support 

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a large operational team 

  • Deliver personalised service for all guests, including VIPs and Crown Spa Club members 

  • Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally 

  • Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and brand presentation 

  • Support rostering, labour efficiency, onboarding, and performance management 

  • Assist with stock control, reporting, and achievement of sales and revenue targets 

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Hotels, F&B, Gaming, and Front Office 

About You 

  • Previous supervisory experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or 5star hospitality environment 

  • Strong people leadership and customer service skills 

  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail 

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, premium service environment 

  • Experience with spa systems, hotel PMS (Opera preferred), and Microsoft Office 

  • Relevant qualifications in Health, Beauty, Fitness, or Massage are desirable
