Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years Proven experience in social media posting, basic graphic design, and use of tools such as Canva across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and digital channels
  • Experience in lead qualification, customer service, or sales support, including creating order forms, quotes, and sales documentation
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and internal systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), with familiarity in reporting or basic analytics considered an advantage
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work effectively within SOP-driven, structured processes

Core responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Design engaging social media content using Canva or similar tools
  • Adapt content to align with brand guidelines, campaigns, and promotions
  • Monitor comments and messages and respond in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain a content calendar in line with internal SOPs
  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and social media enquiries
  • Qualify inbound leads by gathering key information (needs, budget, timeline, decision-maker status)
  • Accurately log lead details into CRM or tracking systems
  • Dispatch qualified leads to the appropriate sales team member
  • Follow up with prospects where required to ensure smooth handover
  • Assist the sales team with preparation of sales support documentation
  • Create and update order forms, quotes, and client onboarding documents
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal processes
