About the role:


We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, passionate individual to join our social team (Global) as a Social Media Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate has diamond hands, can spot FUD from a mile away, and doesn’t think hodl is a typo. You’ve been through bull and bear markets, are part of the broader crypto community, are immersed in crypto culture, and want to play an important role in Crypto.com’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to cryptocurrency. You will bring our brand voice to life on social platforms by creating content that increases our reach and drives engagement with the broader crypto community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and reflects the Crypto.com brand, including writing copy and creating graphics, images, and short videos.
  • Create content specifically designed to connect with crypto natives, leveraging humor, memes, and cultural references that resonate to the crypto community. Communicate important updates, news, and announcements to our community. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market, industry trends and developments in the cryptocurrency industry, and use your knowledge to inform our content strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize content and increase engagement.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of crypto culture
  • Your friends are tired of your memes, but your followers are not.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms with extremely short turn-around times (ie: in real-time)
  • A fast learner with a “get things done” attitude.
  • Able to react fast. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce content that is engaging and on-brand.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
