Job Description

Are you an experienced social media professional who is ready to blend creativity, strategy, and analytics to elevate the online presence of one of Australia's most trusted automotive brands?

As our new Social Media Manager, you will lead content planning and distribution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring the right message reaches our audience at the most compelling time.

Day to day you will:

  • Build and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with editorial, video, and design teams to create visually striking, on-brand content.
  • Produce platform-ready videos and visuals using professional content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
  • Experiment with new formats and trends to discover what resonates best with our audience.
  • Analyse performance data to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and feedback-positive work environment.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing brand or publisher social media channels, ideally in a senior or lead capacity.
  • A solid grasp of platform algorithms, content optimisation, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Skills in both short-form and long-form content production for social media.
  • Strong creative instincts combined with an analytical mindset.
  • The ability to work with data and translate it into a strategic plan.
  • A team-oriented attitude, a willingness to receive feedback, and a desire to stay ahead in a fast-paced digital landscape.
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry is highly regarded.
