Manager, B2B Field Marketing – ANZ –
Overview:
Mastercard’s services marketing team is seeking an experienced Manager of B2B field marketing for the ANZ region, responsible for driving services marketing initiatives in ANZ. This role will align field services marketing strategies with regional product growth objectives to drive revenue generation and market development.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will work with local and global marketing teams to generate demand for Mastercard’s identity offerings. Collaborating with the local and global marketing teams, product marketing, sales, and business development, you will work to develop and execute campaigns targeting mid- and bottom-funnel engagement. These campaigns will leverage a broad mix of marketing tactics including field marketing, digital, and content with the goal of driving leads to the local sales and account management teams. You will represent the regional and local country marketing needs, back to the global marketing team, to facilitate understanding of what is needed to be successful in the market.
This role requires a person who can be both collaborative with other teams, while at the same time driving marketing initiatives forward to completion with operational excellence. You will need to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Role
• Execute marketing campaigns on behalf of the Mastercard Services business unit’s field marketing in ANZ, based out of Mastercard’s Sydney or Melbourne Australia offices.
• Coordinate and partner with the country and regional business owners, marketing teams, and sales teams on joint demand generation initiatives that drive ROI.
• Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Business Development leads to execute joint campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support teams in creating and executing awareness. Including hands-on campaign execution for field events and target account marketing.
• Work closely with sales teams to optimize the marketing/sales lead handoff to ensure lead handling SLAs (service level agreements) are being met.
All About You:
• Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the APAC region, performing in marketing for a portfolio of successful customer acquisition programs using field, digital and content marketing tactics.
• Experience in field marketing, target account marketing, and account-based marketing strategies preferred
• Record of successfully working in matrix marketing organizations.
• Hands-on experience and willingness to write and create email campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed and creative thinker; ready to proactively bring innovative ideas to the table, solve problems and take risks, to find new and innovative ways to improve results.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field of study preferred
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience; Salesforce.com preferred
• Marketing automation expertise; Marketo preferred
• Familiarity with HTML
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
