This is an opportunity to be part of our SMSF Access Product, providing an affordable solution designed to meet the needs of clients wishing to derive the benefits of a SMSF without the associated cost and complexity.

 

It is the first initiative to come out of the acquisition of CLASS by HUB24 and is already garnering much hype and interest in the market. This is your opportunity to join HUB24 operations and be part of a newly established team that services this product, leveraging CLASS technology and HUB24 investment arm.


In this role you will be responsible for providing the highest quality SMSF fund administration and client service to internal and external stakeholders.

This role is responsible for a range of core SMSF fund administration activities including:

  • Prepare establishment documents for new Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs) 
  • Process taxation notices and prepare correspondence to clients 
  • Process transactions from source documentation into Class Software 
  • Calculating and processing ad-hoc invoice payments for SMSF clients 
  • Process transactions for Trustees, benefits transfers, pensions, contributions and benefits payments on behalf of members 
  • Checking and maintaining data integration and identify automation and efficiency improvement
  • Assist with preparation of audit papers and assist with external auditor queries.

About you

  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role in an accounting practice or SMSF administration firm 
  • Practical knowledge of Class / NowInfinity software preferred
  • ASIC Corporate Compliance experience or knowledge preferred 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Strong Client Service skills 
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner 
  • Good written and oral English
