Responsibilities
The Asia SME&C Performance Excellence Lead will be part of the SME&C Performance Excellence team, helping the Asia Operating Unit (OU) accelerate business performance through an effective, outcome-oriented Rhythm of Business (ROB).
The role will serve as the voice of Asia in ROB planning and evolution, while leading activation across the OU. Partnering with Asia leadership and cross-functional teams, this role will use ROB and Performance Excellence to accelerate revenue, shift field time toward customers and partners, and drive execution of SME&C strategic priorities.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who operates strategically, builds credibility with senior leaders, influences across teams, and brings clarity to complex and ambiguous environments.
- Asia ROB Leadership & Activation – Represent the Asia OU in SME&C ROB planning and lead activation of the ROB across Asia.
- Revenue Acceleration – Use the ROB to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and drive actions that accelerate revenue.
- Field Time Optimization – Simplify, automate, and eliminate unnecessary activities to shift field capacity back to customers and partners.
- Strategic Priority Execution – Use the ROB to translate SME&C priorities into clear actions, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Performance Insights – Provide leadership with forward-looking insights on business performance, opportunities, and risks.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration – Partner across Asia leadership, Sales Excellence, Finance, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
- Continuous Improvement – Improve how the ROB operates through simplification, automation, AI, and better ways of working.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field AND 7+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
- 5+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in a related field.
- 5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
